Corcoran — The City Council opened public hearings and adopted three routine resolutions certifying delinquent charges to Hennepin County.
At the meeting the council opened public hearings for: certification of delinquent recycling charges, certification of delinquent water and sewer utility fees, and certification of delinquent escrow account balances. For each item staff opened and the council closed the public hearing and then moved to adopt the corresponding resolution.
The council adopted:
- Resolution 2025‑91, certifying delinquent recycling charges to Hennepin County.
- Resolution 2025‑92, certifying delinquent water and sewer utility fees to Hennepin County.
- Resolution 2025‑93, certifying delinquent escrow account balances to Hennepin County.
Each resolution was moved, seconded and adopted by voice vote; the transcript records the motions and the council’s voice votes but does not include detailed roll‑call tallies for these items. Staff has responsibility to forward the certified lists to Hennepin County for collection.
