Council approves minor easement shift to center Amberly trail; public hearing closed

At a public hearing the council considered a petition to vacate and re'record a portion of a trail easement at the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 5 in Amberly Second Edition. Staff explained the requested change would center the recorded easement over an existing constructed 10'foot trail within a 20'foot easement and provide flexibility for home construction on the lot.
Council opened and closed the public hearing without speakers and approved Resolution 25'89. Staff said the proposed alignment is the preferred alignment and that the city engineer had no objection.
