Tracy reported the department processed 44,339 microfilm documents, scanned 53,250 images and recorded other device volumes, and listed monthly bills totaling $31,048.85. Reimbursements to the general fund were $1,442.69, she said.
She broke down postage and smaller savings: central services postage $6,880.26; downtown circuit clerk postage $713.17; county clerk postage $9.62; ROE postage $187.87; and reported small savings (for example, 4-cent postage savings of $264.88 and certified-mail savings of $205.40). Toner usage and purchase line items were reported as $7,592.57 (usage) and $11,671.19 (purchases), and Tracy summarized a total reported savings of $501.96.
Chair Kathy Owens moved acceptance of the report; the motion (moved by Bridal and Joanne) and a subsequent motion to pay the bills (moved by Joanne and Tom) were approved by voice vote.
