The Lucas County Board of Commissioners voted on multiple consent and administrative items across departments. Highlights:
- County Engineer: Approved final plats and escrow agreements for Brookside Plat 10 and Brookside Plat 11 in Sylvania Township; plats available for signature after the meeting.
- Prosecutor / Victim Witness Assistance: Accepted VOCA funding of $144,178 (with a required cash match of $35,119.50) and State Victims Assistance Act funding of $108,769; the programs assist crime victims with courtroom escorts, crisis intervention, referrals and compensation applications.

- Job & Family Services: Approved permission to advertise and enter negotiations for non-emergency Medicaid (Title XIX) transportation through an RFQ; approved TANF-funded case management and truancy mediation agreements with juvenile court; approved Title 20 funded home program agreement with the Area Office on Aging; and approved an agreement with Center of Hope Family Services for its Elevate program.
- Support Services: Approved then-and-now certificates for October as presented.
