A member of the public reported a new vinyl sign above the awning at Posey Bella, 110 North Santa Fe, and asked whether the sign had been submitted to the board.
Staff said the sign appears to cover an existing sign face and that staff will contact the business owner to determine whether a permanent sign or permit is proposed. Staff told the board it will follow up and bring the item before the board if necessary.
The commenter identified herself as Leslie on Zoom; she thanked the board at the end of her comment. Staff said it will reach out to the business and clarify next steps.
