County staff reported that plats for Bagwell Additions Lots 1 and 2 and Cooper Ranch commercial Lots A–J had been reviewed and were ready for final approval. Commissioner Rackler moved and Commissioner Dolby seconded approval of the Bagwell Additions plats; the court approved them for filing. The Cooper Ranch commercial plat was likewise approved after staff attested to review and acceptance.
Staff also presented an annual client-service agreement addendum with Atlas Technical Consultants LLC for material testing services (caliche, asphalt and related analyses). Commissioner Dolby moved and Commissioner Corley seconded authorization for the county judge to sign the agreement addendum; the court approved the action.
No specific fees for the Atlas contract were read into the public record during the meeting.
