Teton County commissioners on Nov. 10 approved routine financial and administrative items, entered an executive session on real-estate matters and directed staff to proceed as discussed after the closed session.
Voucher approval: By motion of Commissioner Probst, seconded by Commissioner Karlman, the board approved the county voucher run dated Nov. 10, 2025, in the amount of $2,593,652.24. Commissioner Karlman noted that the county makes an advance payment of about $76,000 to Action Excavation for Ski Hill Road to ensure snowplow contractors have cash flow and to ensure timely winter operations. The board approved the vouchers unanimously.
Tax-roll corrections: Commissioner Karlman moved, and Commissioner Probst seconded, approval of assessor-recommended tax-roll corrections totaling $28,714.69. The board approved the corrections unanimously.
Jackson Hole Public Art contract: The board voted to approve a community-services contract with Jackson Hole Public Art pursuant to the adopted FY2026 budget appropriations. The chair noted the contract "includes the funds for America February that are going to be part of the Arts for All grant program this year," as presented to the board. The motion carried unanimously.
Executive session and post-session direction: The board voted to enter executive session for real-estate matters. After returning to open session, commissioners voted to "direct staff counsel and our broker to proceed as discussed." That motion passed 3-1, with Commissioner Gardner recorded as opposed.
