The Bayonne Planning Board recorded the following formal actions at its November meeting:

- P‑25‑029 – Amendment No. 3 to the Bayonne Bay East redevelopment plan: Approved and recommended to City Council. Recorded ayes from the dais; no recorded no votes. (See full plan text for details including increase from 1,250 to 1,750 units and permitted height increase from 25 to 30 stories.)

- P‑25‑007 – Redevelopment plan for 958–968 Broadway (former car wash): Approved and recommended to City Council. Plan allows mixed‑use development with structured parking, an optional automated parking system and up to roughly 130 residential units.

- P‑25‑019, P‑25‑018, P‑25‑028 and other non‑condemnation area studies: Carried to the December 9, 2025 meeting without additional notice at the request of the applicant or the board.

- Resolutions adopting the board’s recommendations for the Bayonne Bay East amendment and the 958–968 Broadway plan were adopted by recorded vote and will be forwarded to City Council for action.

Vote tallies were recorded from the dais in each instance. Where the clerk read the roll call during recorded votes the transcript lists commissioners as voting "Aye"; a total of seven commissioners present voted in favor of the two approved plans; two commissioners were absent. No formal motions failed.
