The Waukesha Board of Public Works on Nov. 6 approved the minutes from its Oct. 23 meeting and approved a set of 10 payments for municipal projects, including two final payments.

Minutes: The minutes from Oct. 23 were presented for review and approval. A motion and second were recorded and the board voted unanimously to approve the minutes; the transcript records "Casson's aye," "Kevin Riley, aye," "Piper, aye," "O'Donnell, aye," and "Payne, aye."

Payments: Staff said the payment listing included 10 payments, two of which were final payments, and cited work on a pump station project and a concrete pavement patching project. Joe Piper moved to approve the payments and Kevin Riley seconded. The chair called the roll; the transcript records ayes from Cassens, Kevin Riley, Piper, Putnam and Vande and the motion carried.

What remains unreported: The meeting packet or claims register provides the detailed vendor list and amounts; those individual payment amounts were not read into the record during the verbal presentation.
