Planning Commission approves multiple bond releases, plats and Harvest Point bond resolutions

The commission approved PC resolutions 2,575 through 2,579: the release of a maintenance bond for Wilkes Lane turn lane (PC Res. 2,575); release of a performance bond for Williams Park Phase 1 (PC Res. 2,576); dedication of road right-of-way and public utilities for Williams Park Phase 1 (PC Res. 2,577); establishment of a performance bond for June Lake Pod A water line (PC Res. 2,578); and establishment of a performance bond for June Lake Pod A retaining walls (PC Res. 2,579). The consent agenda also included final plat approvals for Arbor Valley Phase 2 (FPL 19-10-2025) and Harvest Point phases 17C, 17D and 18A (FPL 19-18-2025).
Later in new business, commissioners approved resolutions tied to bonds for Harvest Point Phase 17C and Phase 18A: PC Res. 25-80, PC Res. 25-81, PC Res. 25-82 and PC Res. 25-83. A D.R. Horton representative, Bridal, attended the meeting for those items. Each resolution was moved, seconded and approved on voice vote or roll call; the transcript records approval tallies of 7–0 where a roll call was taken.
The approvals were routine land-development actions on matters that staff had reviewed and recommended. Specific staff conditions of approval and findings of fact were applied to the consent items and the final plats as recorded in the meeting packet.
