Commission approves building fee study, indefinitely postpones parks fee study

Commissioner Colo moved to approve the building fee study and postpone the parks study; after discussion the motion passed. Commissioners discussed trade-offs, institutional knowledge gaps following recent staff transitions and the desire for a baseline fee-template to inform future budget work.
Outcome: motion passed and staff will proceed with the building/state construction fund study; the parks fee study was postponed indefinitely so staff can supply additional context and baseline information for commissioners to consider.
