The Reston Design Review Board received an update from staff on the Piney Run stream restoration project and discussed board vacancies before adjourning on Oct. 21.
Planning staff (Lashonda) said she had emailed updated documentation for the Piney Run Stream restoration project and invited board members to review the materials and send questions or comments by email. No additional DRB action was requested at the meeting.
Staff also reported there is one remaining layperson seat open on the DRB; two candidates had attended a meeting and staff will arrange interviews and coordinate with the board liaison. The chair asked board members to respond if contacted by applicants.
Following those brief items, the board voted to adjourn (motion made by Mike B); the voice vote passed 6–0.
