The Building Code Council work group achieved quorum during its Sept. 15 meeting and approved the meeting agenda and prior minutes by verbal ayes. The roll call recorded attendees and noted that Ben Omera and Katie Sheehan were absent with prior engagements.
The group clarified that it could not take final policy action until the Building Code Council meets but proceeded with a review of public listening-session input to identify issues to include in drafts for the CR-102 filing. Staff said it would restore a broken link to the 2021 preliminary cost–benefit analysis and circulate written comments for review before the council’s Sept. 26 meeting. With no additional business, the work group adjourned.
