The Clay County Commission approved its consent agenda, which included 328 county invoices totaling $1,197,766.32 for the period Sept. 6 through Sept. 12, 2025, authorization for sale or disposal of surplus items under county code chapter 37, an AWIN health and employee benefits consulting master services agreement, and 2026 insurance coverage agreements with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
County administrator summarized each consent item and confirmed additional documentation was available in the meeting packet. Commissioner Wagner moved to approve the consent agenda; the roll call recorded the item as approved.
Separately, the commission approved item 2025270, six invoices for the Clay County Prosecutor's Office totaling $5,316.47 (period Sept. 6 through Sept. 12, 2025). Commissioner Thompson announced a recusal on that vote; the roll call recorded four in favor and one recusal.
