Commissioners said the lift station is a regional piece of infrastructure that could open additional development opportunities along the corridor and praised staff and the economic development team for advancing the project. No dollar amount for the county match was listed in the discussion on the record.
The board approved the agreement by motion and will finalize paperwork with the applicant and the city.
