The Middleton Planning & Zoning Commission approved its consent agenda at the Nov. 10 meeting, voting to accept the minutes from the Oct. 20, 2025 regular meeting and to approve the FCRs for 702 Boise Street (the Higginson parcel) rezone.
Commissioner Walter Mates moved to approve consent agenda items 1.a (minutes) and 1.b (FCRs for 702 Boise Street); the motion was seconded and adopted by unanimous voice vote. No public comment was recorded specifically on these consent items.
