City Administrator Simos told the council staff recommended adoption to defray the cost of improvements and offset inflationary operating costs. "Staff recommends that the mayor and common council adopt Resolution 25-10, establishing the fees for Wakefield Valley Clubhouse and Pavilion," Simos said.
