Chair Reynolds called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m., confirmed a quorum and certified the minutes of the Oct. 27, 2025 regular meeting after a 6–0 vote approving clerk certification.
Senior Planner Zareen Tesnim, who is project manager for the Littleton Boulevard Subarea Plan, told the commission the study is a comprehensive subarea planning effort that will address land use, historic preservation, economic development, housing, transportation and streetscape/green infrastructure.
