Conservation commission issues negative determination for 596 Millville Road addition with erosion-control and inspection requirements

The Uxbridge Conservation Commission on Oct. 6 issued a negative determination of applicability for work proposed at 596 Millville Road (RDA FY26-2), allowing a 24-by-24-foot addition near but beyond 100 feet from a mapped wetland, subject to required erosion-control measures and a final inspection.

Applicant and site details: The commission recorded that the applicant is Zach Accardi (introduced by the chair) and that the proposed master suite and garage-under design sits about 90 feet from the wetland edge in an area that is currently lawn.
