Planning commission approves three Froehrecht plats and Sinclair replat; one abstention recorded

Yankton County planning staff presented a set of plats from the Froehrecht Trust and a separate Sinclair replat. The commission approved the Froehrecht Trust plats for Tracts 1–3 and Tract 4 and later approved the Sinclair replat with one abstention.
For the Froehrecht Trust, staff described the replats as divisions of portions of specified quarter sections and government lots in Township 95 North, Range 55 West of the 5th PM, Yankton County. Commissioners moved and seconded approval for Tracts 1–3 and Tract 4; roll-call votes recorded unanimous yeses among commissioners present.
The Sinclair replat (described as portions of Tract 2a and Tract 2b in Sections 19–20, Township 95 North, Range 55 West) was presented, opened for public comment (none), and approved after motion and second. Commissioner Hubert abstained on the Sinclair vote; other commissioners voted yes.
Staff confirmed the plats as conforming and noted the mapping demonstration on Beacon; no public opposition was recorded during the hearing. The approved plats will be processed per standard county recording procedures.
