Commissioner Ryan moved to approve the CUP with a maximum of 26 campers and Don seconded; the board approved the motion by voice vote. The planning commission had recommended the site be grandfathered as a 13-unit installation but the board clarified the operational maximum should be specified on the CUP.
The planner noted the sites have electric pedestals providing 20/30/50 amp service; the applicant said the use has been temporary in the past and the CUP is intended to bring the campground into compliance. No public opposition was recorded during the hearing.
