At the start of the November 2025 session the presiding commissioner acknowledged outgoing chair Claudia Bevel and invited the new commissioner to introduce herself. Candice Sandifer introduced herself to the commission, identifying herself as an attorney with Harris Cook, the current chair of the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce and an active member of local civic organizations and the Student Health Advisory Committee. "I am Candice Sandifer. I'm an attorney with Harris Cook. I am the current chair of the board of the Colleyville Chamber of Commerce," she said.

The commission deferred election of a chair and vice chair to its next regular meeting. The body then considered and approved minutes from the Oct. 13, 2025 Planning & Zoning meeting and the Oct. 27, 2025 work session after a motion and second; the transcript records the motion carrying but does not include a final numeric tally in the minutes segment.

Commissioner Arnold delivered an invocation and the pledge of allegiance was recited. After the business items were completed the commission opened the public hearing on Case ZC25-029 and then adjourned following the SUP vote.
