Flower Mound — The Flower Mound Capital Improvements Advisory Committee on June 23 elected Chris Reid to serve as vice chair and approved minutes from its Aug. 25, 2025 meeting before receiving a technical presentation on impact‑fee land‑use assumptions and capital improvements plans.

After nominations for vice chair, the nomination of Chris Reid was seconded and the committee conducted a roll call; members recorded as voting “Aye” included Member Hawes, Member Reid, Member Koenig, Member Dench and Member Duneja, electing Chris Reid vice chair. Reid was administered an oath of office during the meeting.

The committee then considered approval of the Aug. 25, 2025 minutes. A member moved to accept the minutes as written; a roll call recorded 'Aye' votes from Member Genaja, Member Dench and Member Koenig and the chair announced the minutes approved.

The meeting proceeded to a joint presentation by town staff and Kimley‑Horn Associates on updated land‑use assumptions and capital improvements plans; no members of the public offered comment during the public‑comment period. The committee adjourned following the presentation.
