The Edmond City Council approved Ordinance 4065 to amend section 8.02 of the Edmond Municipal Code to remove a final outdated reference to an interlocal agreement related to municipal court jurisdiction.

City legal staff told the council the ordinance is a technical cleanup following earlier action taken Oct. 27 and is intended to avoid future references to juvenile jurisdiction in the code. Council approved the ordinance by unanimous vote, 5-0.
