Speaker 3 said the board’s regular meetings are scheduled for the second Monday of each month and that potential conflicts in March and October were identified; the October meeting is likely to be canceled because fall break falls the week of the scheduled meeting and the board often lacks quorum. The member said December meetings are typically canceled unless urgent business requires a meeting and noted that the board will not meet again until January unless necessary.

Speaker 3 detailed a July 13 schedule that will include a regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. followed immediately by a tour, and explained that August will repeat a 4:30 p.m. boot-camp-style orientation followed by a regular 5:30 p.m. meeting to help onboard new members.

Speaker 3 also introduced Carmen as the new staff liaison for PARB and asked members to direct scheduling or PARB Guide questions to her. No formal votes were held on the calendar during the update.
