Planning Commission approves 10‑year renewal for Saint Andrews cell tower at 10515 W. 135th St.

Staff presented a request to renew a special use permit for the existing wireless telecommunications facility at 10515 West 135th Street and recommended approval for a 10‑year period subject to stipulations A–B. Paul Rablica of Telecom Realty Consultants told the commission he agreed with staff recommendations. Commissioner Reitzes moved approval; the motion was seconded and passed unanimously, 10–0. The item will appear on the City Council agenda on Dec. 1 for final council action; the staff report and stipulations accompany the record.
