She said the TIPS statewide contract was used for procurement. Mr. Nichols moved to adopt the purchasing report and the board approved the purchasing report, 7-0.
Dr. Brown presented the easement with Flint Electric Membership Corporation and described it as an underground right-of-way easement to service the new Warner Robins High School baseball/softball complex. Mr. Nichols moved to approve the agreement with a listed financial impact of $1; the board approved the motion, 7-0.
Dr. Brown also presented a certificate of completion for the Warner Robins Middle School HVAC capital-outlay project, to be submitted to the Georgia Department of Education; Mr. Jackson moved to approve the certificate, and the board approved it, 7-0.
Next steps: procurement will proceed with vendor contracting under the TIPS contract, facilities staff will coordinate easement documentation with Flint Electric Membership Corporation, and the HVAC completion certificate will be filed with the Georgia Department of Education as required.
