AAG Angela Doane told the board the corrective action was issued after USBE monitoring found Alpine out of compliance and that Alpine submitted an appeal in September asking for a waiver. "The recommended action is that the board approve R277‑114‑63(c), which is that the board will identify an alternative method for reviewing the appeal in order to address that corrective action," Doane said.
