Commissioners pressed staff on dashboard access (NDOT said credentialed access is required but datasets can be provided on request or via public records), citation dispositions, and kiosk capabilities for resolving tickets (kiosks accept parking payments but ticket payments currently route to the website and include the administrative court fee).
NDOT emphasized that meter revenues are placed into a special fund to finance infrastructure improvements and defended the tiered pricing approach as a tool to increase turnover and reduce long‑duration curb occupation. The commission asked NDOT to consider posting summary data publicly or providing periodic PDFs for community review.
