Pittsylvania County — The Pittsylvania County Board of Zoning Appeals on Thursday approved a special use permit enabling Eric Grabowski to place a manufactured home on property on Tracy Drive in the Bannister District.
Planning staff read Case SD-25-021 and reported that the county Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval 5-0 on Oct. 7, 2025. Staff also noted Mr. Grabowski was not present at the hearing and said staff was available to answer questions.
