Staff member Speaker 4 described a recommended change order for the 2025 Metro Bridal Drain Replacement (Pembroke Companies Inc.), saying, “When they went to remove the concrete, there was some undermining which obviously we couldn't see until they started doing the removal. So, they had to remove some extra concrete and bring some base course in and pour some extra concrete.” The board approved Change Order No. 1 for $1,635 after a motion and second.
