The Chickasha board approved several administrative and personnel items, including creation of a CMS Esports account, routine consent-agenda items, and multiple personnel actions listed on Exhibit A.

On the CMS Esports account, board members clarified whether the item described a new standalone account or a subaccount; after discussion the board voted to allow creation now and directed staff to clarify wording later. One board member moved to "strike the word 'new'" from the agenda language but the motion to create the account proceeded and passed.

The consent agenda — covering minutes, finance reports, updated purpose of accounts, and travel — was approved by a single motion and roll-call vote. Separately, the board approved hiring individuals on Exhibit A (which included student interns who will work with school staff and are paid $10 per hour), approved transfers/reassignment/workday adjustments, and accepted listed resignations. The board also voted not to convene in executive session after a motion to remain in open session.

Next steps: staff will follow up with finance staff to clarify account coding for the Esports club and will process hires and payroll for approved interns and new employees.
