Valley County reports 39% turnout in recent election; board certifies results

Speaker 2 said county results were posted the same night as larger counties and that smaller counties like Valley typically wait until tabulation is complete before posting precinct‑level numbers.
Speaker 3 moved to approve the posted results and the board approved the motion by voice vote.
