Brookfield Planning Board approves minutes, sets timeline for warrant language and public posting

At the Nov. 10 meeting the Brookfield Town Planning Board approved its Oct. 13 minutes (after a minor editorial correction) and handled administrative items including next steps for warrant-article language and town-report deadlines.
Chair Steven Marion guided the board through packet materials from SRPC and asked staff to forward model ordinance language to legal counsel (Laura) for edits. Members agreed the board should review the final summary and warrant-wording at the next meeting so the materials can be posted in time for the January warrant schedule and town report publication (staff noted a Jan. 11 posting target for the warrant).
The board also agreed staff would compile hearing decisions (notably for the Moose Mountain matter) into a single document for public access and asked staff to post the updated materials online. The meeting closed with the chair moving to adjourn.
Votes on routine items (minutes approval, procedural motions) were taken by voice and announced as carried.
