Bridal said participation is continuing (subject to insurance and stop-loss arrangements) and cautioned that the benefits would likely emerge over a three- to five-year horizon. "It is a long term play," he said, and urged the district to be prepared for changes Fleet may recommend as it analyzes district claims trends.
