During the Nov.10 work session, the superintendent reported on Veterans Day activities across the district and recognized two local veterans who received honorary Hatboro‑Horsham diplomas. The superintendent said the high school held its fifth annual Veterans Day breakfast under the direction of social studies teacher Bridal Knox and principal Dr. Williams, and that two residents — Robert Edward Asham and Robert Long — were conferred diplomas in recognition of military service.
"On behalf of the board and administration, we extend our deep gratitude for their service and congratulate them on this distinguished recognition," the superintendent said. The superintendent said similar Veterans Day events were scheduled at Keith Valley Middle School and Blair Mill Elementary School the following morning.
No public comment was recorded during the community input period at the Nov.10 meeting.
