- Comcast uniform video services local franchise renewal (Action item #5): Approved. Standard franchise consistent with state uniform-video rules; annual provider fee remains tied to provider gross revenue (up to 5%).
- Replacement of Merle Solomon meeting-room sound system (Action item #6): Awarded to low bidder Sound Planning for $33,843.62; cameras are not included in this contract and remain budgeted for a later cycle (camera add-on ~ $10,000 estimated).
- Acceptance of offers for township-owned property (Action item #7): Approved. Parcel 73027030017000 (25146 Dallas Drive) — Offer #5, $275,000 (25% cash down); Parcel 73014020184008 (vacant land at 20443 West River Road) — Offer #2, $200,000 cash. Township manager authorized to execute sale documents.
- Interviews for entrance audit consultants (Plant Moran & The Raymond Group): Authorized (interview only); vote carried with one Nay.

- Dumpster enclosure at toll bridge (Action item #10): Approved. Awarded to Veterans Fence for installation and screening at $4,100; owner is required to obtain a Riverview business license and resolve inspection items prior to issuance.
- Employee compensation/classification consulting services (Action item #11): Awarded to The Raymond Group for $29,775 to develop a grade-and-step program; bids were solicited and finalists interviewed previously.
