- The board approved meeting minutes from Oct. 14.
- The quarterly financial management report was approved as presented.
- The board declared a fire truck surplus and directed proceeds back to the associated department.
- Following formation of the decentralized wastewater advisory committee, the mayor’s slate of seven nominees was ratified by roll call.

The meeting concluded with announcements about Thanksgiving office closures, the county’s Christmas on the square event and parade logistics, and condolences for a recent Vanderbilt Life Flight fatality.
