The Village of Villa Park Board of Trustees approved the consent agenda Nov. 10, which included bill listings for the week of Oct. 20, 2025, totaling $958,968.63 and for the week of Oct. 27, 2025, totaling $361,030.40.
During discussion on the consent agenda, Trustee Constatos raised questions about outstanding items at Lions Park. Director Howe said the items referenced in the board’s packet were unfinished when the application was submitted but that "it is now completed," and that the village retains roughly $100,000 to be paid on the final payout after punch‑list items are addressed. Director Howe said the next payout would include retainage and remaining balances and that the village will not release final payment until the punch list is completed.
Following trustee questions confirming that crossed‑out punch‑list items had been addressed, the board took a roll call vote and approved the consent agenda. No further amendments were made.
