Items on the consent agenda included:

- Resolution 2025-579: adopting a revised education contributions policy for Williamson County Schools.
- Resolution 2025-80: approving an extension of sewer service to 1004 Holly Tree Gap Road.
- Resolution 2025-81: authorizing an agreement for purchase of carpet for the children's library (staff corrected the printed vendor name in the agenda to Tarkett in the meeting record).
- Approval of final invoice payment to Marriott Cool Springs for an employee recognition dinner.
- Approval of an Automax renewal.
- Approval to purchase a pickup truck for the Public Works Department.
- Approval to purchase a pickup truck for the Parks and Recreation Department.
- Approval to purchase seven vehicles for the Police Department.

During the reading of the consent items staff noted an inconsistency in the agenda materials: the packet initially referenced "Trinity Flooring" but staff corrected the record to indicate the carpet purchase agreement is with Tarkett (the change was noted and the manager said he had been reading an earlier version of the briefing). The consent agenda was moved, seconded and passed by voice vote with all commissioners present voting aye.
