The council confirmed Don Merritt to the Hartford Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission and confirmed Leon Stapleton and Leah Reyes to the Zoning Board of Appeals. The council also approved a commemorative street sign to be placed on High Street at the City of Hartford Public Safety Complex in honor of Detective Robert "Bobby" Garton.
Council received related committee reports from the Public Works, Parks, Recreation & Environment Committee and the Planning, Economic Development & Housing Committee and referred several items to committees for further consideration, including recommendations from the Capital Region East Coast Greenway Study and a property purchase at 341–345 Main Street.
