At its Nov. 10 meeting the Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School District Committee took several routine but formal actions.

The committee approved the minutes of Oct. 14, 2025, and separately voted to accept and hold executive session minutes until the related matter is completed (motions made, seconded and approved by voice vote).

Warrant 26-04: Committee approved a warrant (Warrant 26-04) for $1,023,748.

Personnel appointment: The superintendent recommended and the committee approved the appointment of Jayla Duarte Dalla as school nurse. Supporters praised her experience and the motion to confirm was made, seconded, and approved by voice vote.

Student travel: The committee approved an out-of-state travel request for the girls volleyball team to travel to Orlando, Florida, for the KSA tournament.

Surplus equipment: The committee designated a list of district equipment as surplus and approved the recommendation to dispose of or repurpose those items.

Personnel records: Committee voted to receive and place on file personnel appointments, retirements and resignations (items a and b).

Administrative notes: Item 8c was pulled from the agenda and rescheduled for December; several community events and the district open house were announced.
