The Franklin County Community School Corporation board voted unanimously Nov. 10 to approve an additional appropriation to include the 2025 bond in the district budget and adopted the final bond resolution.
Kendra, district finance staff, told the board the additional appropriation "allows us to add the bond that we have discussed at length, into our budget for the 2025 season" and that the district expects to collect those dollars in December. The board approved the appropriation and the final bond resolution by voice vote, each recorded as 5-0 (yes-no).
The meeting also cleared routine business: the board approved the consent agenda that included minutes, expenditures, resignations and internal position changes (voice vote 5-0). Personnel items approved included new hires…
