A board member asked whether Swope had emailed the superintendent, and she said she had not yet submitted the detailed documentation but offered to meet privately to share the evidence. The board's public-comment rules, read earlier in the meeting, limit speakers to three minutes and note the board will not respond in public during that period.
The board did not take formal action on the allegation during the meeting. Swope told the board she would be willing to provide her evidence to administrators for further review.
