He highlighted the work of paralegals Kathy Hoffman and Melissa Garcia and said the monthly reports were initiated during a recent transition to show the office's productivity. Alder Decker asked whether quarterly reporting might be sufficient; the City Attorney said the office would be amenable to switching to quarterly reports if the committee preferred. Committee members emphasized their desire to continue receiving the information, but agreed that a quarterly cadence could be considered going forward.
