Lynn Duke, director of the Rutherford County Juvenile Detention Center, told the board the facility had six young people in custody that morning: "We have 6 young folks there today. We have 3 from Rutherford County and 2 from Montgomery and 1 from Gibson." Members noted that was the lowest census they—d seen in recent months.
