During routine business at the Denton Board of Ethics meeting on Nov. 10, 2025, members approved the July 14, 2025 minutes with amendments to spell out full names and correct attendance. Speaker 6 moved to approve the minutes as amended; Speaker 5 seconded and the chair announced the vote was unanimous.

Later in the meeting, members discussed scheduling and agreed to cancel the December meeting and reschedule the board's next regular session for Monday, Jan. 12, 2026 (the second Monday), to accommodate member conflicts and allow staff time to prepare requested red-lines and briefing materials.

The board adjourned at approximately 6:43 p.m.
