Lance moved to accept applications through close of business on 11/14/2025; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The board authorized Chandra Kite to complete an online DocuSign form for a Nationwide-sponsored plan after a motion by Lance and a second; that motion carried by voice vote. The board also approved a utility permit for Unity (applicant Steven Ness) to place fiber between the northwest corner of B Avenue and 250th Street, and acknowledged the VA quarterly report. No roll-call tallies with names were recorded in the minutes; each routine motion was approved by voice vote and the chair announced the motion carried.
The board adjourned after a motion to adjourn was made and seconded.
