Staff flagged two items advancing to the City Council later in the year: a Barron's sign standard modification (planned Nov. 18) and Coastal Commission modifications to the housing-element rezone program (first reading Dec. 2; second reading Dec. 9).
Outcome: resolution adopting the 2026 regular meeting calendar approved 7-0; no public testimony was received on this item.
