The panel also noted a corporate name change for Zayo Northeast LLC and accepted the company's updated tariff filing with an effective date of Nov. 5, 2025. The commission granted limited waivers of COMAR 20.62.03.04C to extend operational deadlines for two solar projects: the George Washington projects to Dec. 31, 2026, and the Glen Burnie Landfill Solar Project to March 1, 2026. Finally, the commission noted an indirect ownership transfer involving Think Big Networks LLC.
Each consent motion carried on unanimous voice votes by the commissioners present.
